About Steve, an Ohioan living in Texas since 2009. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from The University of Akron in 2007. After graduating, Steve pursued a career as an Asset Manager which essentially brought him down to Texas. He was responsible managing various portfolios of bank owned residential properties across the United States. His experience gained him nationwide exposure in the housing market. His career expanded outside of residential properties to commercial loan servicing which further broadened his knowledge of real estate. Steve has managed all types of properties including commercial, multifamily, land and everything in between.
